The Secretariat of the Consortium of Country and Area Studies wishes to provide the following information on the organization of the upcoming conference.

l The conference will be held on 2:00 – 10:00 pm (UTC+8), April 28, 2023 online and in Beijing.

l The conference backdrop can be found in the attachment. Participants are invited to use it if technically possible.

l The provisional conference program can be found in the attachment. Participants are invited to log in 5 minutes before the starting time.

l To ensure smooth connection to the zoom meeting room, the Secretariat will organize a trial session from 3:30 – 5:00 pm (UTC+8), April 27. Speakers and participants of the conference are encouraged to get connected via the zoom link shown above to test sound, camera and screen sharing.
